Bulk comparison improvements
The bulk comparison module was revised, to show its results differently.
Improvements The results are now shown as a true "heatmap", with different shades of yellow, to indicate how many documents changed the affected paragraph.

When a paragraph is clicked on, details will be shown of the exact changes that were made to the paragraph.

New feature Users can then click one of the results to get a bilateral comparison with the base document:

New feature Users can also immediately export a ZIP file with all individual comparisons (i.e. between the base file and every single version):

Filter review results
Improvement Users can now filter reviewing results by their status, so that — for example — no requirements are shown that are fully met (shown in green).
The filtering also applies to the exported results.

Faster PDF conversions
New feature Converting PDF files usually takes 5 to 60 seconds. Converted PDF files are now stored for a few days in a secure file vault, in order to speed up any future use of that same PDF file.
Bulk creation of new users
New feature In order to speed up the onboarding of large legal teams, we have introduced a new feature that allows to create new users by uploading an Excel-file that contains all necessary details for the new users.

Upgraded to GPT4.1
Improvements All legal teams — except for those committed to a specific other LLMs — have now been upgraded to OpenAI's GPT4.1, hosted on Microsoft Azure in either Sweden (for European customers) or the United States.
GPT4.1 is faster, more up-to-date with facts, and can handle larger amounts of text, and is therefore a recommended default for every team.
New Clause9 special functions
New feature The following special functions were added to Clause9, all related to cross-references with subtle differences:
@ref-full-context inserts a cross-reference that works like the 'Paragraph number (full context)' cross-reference in MS Word: the full context (of a multi-level list) of the referenced item is shown.
@ref-no-context inserts a cross-reference that works like the 'Paragraph number (no context)' cross-reference in MS Word: only the number of the actual level the referenced item has is shown.
@ref-relevant-context inserts a cross-reference that works like the 'Paragraph number' cross-reference in MS Word. What gets inserted as a number will depend on the position of the cross-reference.
Direct copying of clauses on Mac
Improvements Due to security restrictions enforced by Apple when using ClauseBuddy inside of MS Word on a Mac, it was not always possible to copy clauses to the clipboard. This has now been resolved.
Standalone MultiDocumentTable & Checklists modules
Improvement Given their popularity among users, the MultiDocumentTable module and Checklists modules are now turned into their own, separate modules. (Previously they were part of the Doc Chat and Write & Rewrite modules).
